Upgrade Policies
DataViz offers standard upgrading pricing from any previous version
of our software to the latest version.
- Customers who received any version of our software free with third
party hardware or software (i.e. those customers who received Documents
To Go with their Palm OS handheld) are entitled to upgrade to the
latest version for the standard upgrade price of the product. This
offer does not apply to demo or trial versions of our software.
- Customers who purchased a retail version of our software at full
manufacturer's suggested retail price within the last 90 days that is less than our current shipping version should contact DataViz for any price discount on an upgrade that may be available.
- Customers who purchased a retail version of our software over 90 days ago
that is less than our current shipping version are entitled to upgrade to the
latest version for the standard upgrade price of the product.
- Customers who wish to upgrade to a different edition (if available) of their software should visit our upgrade area for pricing information.
