Shipping and Handling Information:
Shipping and Handling charges will be added to all orders as follows:
- There is no shipping or handling charge for Download Only versions.
- $9.99 (1 item), $11.99 (2 or more items) for US orders. For the lower 48 states: carrier is DHL. For Hawaii, Alaska, and US military shipments: carrier is USPS Priority Mail.
- $20.00 (1 item), $25.00 (2 or more items) for Canadian orders. Carrier is DHL.
- $25.00 (1 item), $30.00 (2 or more items) for orders outside of the US & Canada.
Carrier is DHL.
- Goods and services taxes (including customs taxes) may be applied to your shipment outside of the U.S and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- A 6% state sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Connecticut. A 1% state sales tax will be applied to all electronic download orders placed with a Connecticut shipping address.
