SmartList To Go provides you with a variety options for securing the data in your SmartLists. These options do not disable any SmartList To Go functionality; rather, they require the user who attempts a secured process to enter a password. If the user does not have the password for a particular function, that function will not be completed. In this way, you can control who has access to view a SmartList, alter its data or change its design.
To open the Password Screen, click the "Passwords..." button from the Details Tab of a SmartList.
