Categories and Filters are useful tools for displaying a limited set of the records in your SmartList's Tabular View. This is yet another tool that SmartList To Go provides you to make finding and evaluating specific data in your SmartList easier and more efficient.

Note: Categories & Filters can be used on the desktop but not modified. Creation and editing of these items can be done in the SmartList To Go handheld application and then synchronized to the desktop.
