To create a new SmartList by syncing with data in an Access database, follow these steps:
1. Create a new SmartList by clicking on the add button in the upper left hand corner of the SmartList To Go application.

2. Enter a name for the SmartList and click the "Sync with Access " button
3. Hit the "Browse" button and select your Access database.
4. Once the Access database is linked, select the table that you would like to synchronize with your handheld.
5. All of your Access fields, names and types will be automatically mapped to a corresponding SmartList field; however, you can also clear any undesired field mappings at this time.

6. Now that you have named, linked, mapped and set preferences for your desired database, you will need to exit the the SmartList To Go desktop and synchronize your handheld. This will bring across all of you records. After the synchronization, you can design your handheld form and take Access to go!
