To Go support?
SmartList To Go will work with Microsoft Access 97, 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007.

3. What is Documents To Go Total Office?
For complete Office integration, Documents To Go Premium Edition, Beyond
Contacts and SmartList To Go are available together as Documents
To Go Total Office. Documents To Go allows you to use Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint files on your handheld. Beyond Contacts allows you
to synchronize your Outlook data to your handheld and provides you with
the look and feel of Outlook on your handheld. SmartList To Go allows you
create, view and manage databases on your handheld. You can even synchronize
directly with Microsoft Access.

Go 3.5 run on a Macintosh computer?
The Macintosh version is handheld only and does
not include a corresponding desktop application.

version of SmartList To Go, how do I upgrade to SmartList To Go 3.5?
Upgrades are available
from any previous version of SmartList To Go for only $19.99. Owners of
ThinkDB will need to purchase
a full version of SmartList To Go. Customers who own SmartList To Go version
3.0 for Macintosh (handheld only) can upgrade at no additional cost.
9. Can I synchronize SmartList To Go with
more than one computer?
SmartList To Go does support synchronizing with multiple computers.

To Go support the full screen on devices such as the Palm T|X?
Yes, SmartList To Go 3.5 currently offers full screen support.

Yes, this feature was added in SmartList To Go version 3.0.

13. Does SmartList To Go support Expansion/Multimedia
Cards?
Yes, SmartList To Go version 3.5 supports the ability to store databases
on expansion cards, but the main application must remain on the handheld's
internal memory. To learn more about how this works, please see the "move

tutorial.
14. Does SmartList To Go synchronize with
QuickBase or FileMaker Pro?
No, SmartList To Go 3.5 does not currently synchronize with either
QuickBase or FileMaker Pro. If you would like to request this feature, please
do so on our customer feedback

15. Does SmartList
To Go support Windows Mobile, BlackBerry or Symbian devices?
SmartList To Go does not currently support these
platforms. If you would like to request this feature please do so on our

16. How large is the download of SmartList
To Go version 3.5?
The SmartList To Go 3.5 installer is approximately 17 MB.
17. How much memory will SmartList To Go
take up on my handheld?
The SmartList To Go application requires that you have at least
800 kb of available memory on your handheld device. Additional memory is
required for your SmartList files.
18. Can SmartLists created in SmartList To
Go version 3.0 and 3.5 be used in a previous version of SmartList To Go or ThinkDB?
No, SmartLists created in version 3.5 and 3.0 can not be used
in an earlier version; however, SmartLists created in version 2.0 or higher
can be used in version 3.5.
19. Does SmartList To Go support Microsoft Windows
Vista or 7?
Yes. SmartList To Go version 3.5 is the first release to support Microsoft Window Vista and 7.
20. Does SmartList To Go support Microsoft
Access 2007?
Yes SmartList To Go version 3.5 will work with Access 2007.
