How do I install an upgrade of Documents To Go?
Simply run the installer. There is no need to uninstall or have a previous version, Documents To Go will automatically add, update and replace all of the necessary components.

Can I synchronize with more than one computer?
Yes. Documents To Go 4.0 and higher offers the ability to synchronize with more than one desktop computer.

What does "native" document support mean?
Documents To Go includes handheld-based native document support for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and TXT files as well as JPEG and BMP graphics. "Native" indicates that the file is in its original desktop format, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, TXT, JPEG or BMP.

Does Documents To Go work on Mac OS 10.7 (Lion)?
Unfortunately, Documents To Go for Palm OS is not compatible with Mac OS 10.7. Documents To Go for Palm OS was originally built for the PowerPC architecture, and was able to run on newer Intel-based Macs due to an Apple technology called Rosetta. As of Mac OS 10.7, Apple has discontinued support for Rosetta.

Does Inbox To Go work with Documents To Go Version 11?
No. Inbox To Go support was removed in version10 of Documents To Go.
