What are the requirements for installing/using Documents To Go?
In order to install and use Documents To Go, you must be using a supported iPad, iPhone or iPod touch. Full system requirements can be found here.

How do I re-install Documents To Go on my iPad, iPhone or iPod touch?
If you previously purchased Documents To Go for your iOS device but have uninstalled it, you could find redownload steps here.

What is the difference between "Documents To Go Standard" and "Documents To Go Premium"?
"Documents To Go Standard" lets you:

  • View, edit & create Word files
  • View, edit & create Excel files
  • View PowerPoint, iWork, PDF and other files
  • Synchronize files with an included desktop application.

"Documents To Go Premium" includes all the functionality that "Documents To Go Standard" includes, plus these additional features:

  • Edit PowerPoint files (including slide sorting and promote/demote bullets)
  • View, edit & sync files stored in iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, and SugarSync

How large is Documents To Go?
'Documents To Go Standard' and 'Documents To Go Premium' require 43 MB and 49MB of free device memory, respectively, to install.

Does DataViz offer volume/site licensing?
Due to the current nature of the Apple App Store, DataViz does not offer discounted volume/site licensing pricing.

Are localized versions of Documents To Go available?
Yes, starting with version 3.3, Documents To Go is available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese versions.

Does Documents To Go support bi-directional synchronization with a computer?
Yes, Documents To Go includes a desktop application (for Windows and Mac) which supports bi-directional synchronization. A Wi-Fi connection is required and your router must support multicasting.
