installing/using Documents To Go?
In order to install and use Documents To Go, you must be using a supported
iPhone or iPod touch. Full system requirements can be found here.
2. How do I re-install
Documents To Go on my iPhone or iPod touch?
If for some reason you need to re-install Documents To Go on your device, you
can do so by going here and
following the directions under "To redownload the application to your iPhone,
iPod touch, or computer".
3. What is the difference
between "Documents To Go" and "Documents To Go with
Exchange Attachments"?
"Documents To Go" lets you view, edit & create Word and Excel files, view PowerPoint,
iWork, PDF and other files as well as synchronize your files with an included
desktop application. "Documents To Go with Exchange Attachments" has the same
functionality as "Documents To Go" but adds the ability for you to send and receive
Microsoft Exchange e-mail attachments.
4. How much does Documents To Go
cost?
Documents To Go and Documents To Go with Exchange Attachments are available
for $9.99 and $14.99 respectively from Apple's
App Store.
5. How large is Documents To Go?
Documents To Go
requires 5.5 MB of free device memory to install. Once installed, another 1.2MB
of free device memory is need for the included sample files.
6. Does
DataViz offer volume/site licensing?
Due to the current nature of the Apple App Store, DataViz does
not offer discounted volume/site licensing pricing.
7. Are
localized versions of Documents To Go available?
Documents To Go for iPhone is currently available in English only. If you would
like to see specific languages added to the product, please submit this request

2007 files?
Yes, the current version of Documents To Go lets you view, edit and create Word
2007 and Excel 2007 files and attachments. You can also view (but not edit or create) PowerPoint 2007 files and attachments.
10. Does Documents To Go support
bi-directional synchronization with a computer?
Yes, Documents To Go includes a desktop application (for Windows and Macintosh)
which support bi-directional synchronization.
11. Does Documents To Go support printing?
The current version of Documents To Go does not support printing. If you would
like to request support for printing, please submit this request via the Customer
