How do I install, register, activate, re-download or obtain technical support?

Install:
Please download the software from the link provided in your order confirmation e-mail. Once downloaded, double-click on it and follow all prompts closely.

NOTE for Documents To Go Version 8 upgraders: Documents To Go and BEIKS Dictionary and Thesaurus have their own separate installer files.

Re-Download Information:
BEIKS Dictionary and Thesaurus software will not appear in your DataViz account because it was developed by a 3rd party - namely BEIKS Software. Please contact DataViz directly for assistance.

Registration/Activation Information:
The version of BEIKS Dictionary and Thesaurus that DataViz sells and distributes with all Documents To Go 8 upgrade orders is "pre-serialized" - meaning that you will not be required to enter a registration key to activate and use the software.

NOTE: If the product is asking for a registration key, you may have installed a version of the software that DataViz did not supply.

You are eligible to register your Dictionary and Thesaurus using the number contained in your DataViz order confirmation e-mail by visiting www.beiks.com/register.
