No.  Beyond Contacts synchronizes with its own conduit.  This means information placed into the Palm OS built-in applications, Date Book, Address Book, To Do List, and Memo Pad, will not synchronize into Outlook. Only the information entered into the Beyond Contacts application on the handheld will be placed into Outlook. For more information, see Support Document 12858.

IMPORTANT: There is one exception regarding the Contacts/Address Book Built-In Database. A new feature is included in versions 3.005 and above of Beyond Contacts to allow each Contact’s name, company, e-mail address and phone numbers from Outlook to be available in both Beyond Contacts as well the built-in Contacts/Address Book database on your handheld. This feature especially benefits those using Smartphones such as the Treo 600 and Samsung i500. With this new integration, Beyond Contacts can now support Smartphone features* such as:

  • Caller ID
  • Speed Dial
  • Voice Dial
  • Call Logging

For more information on how to enable this feature, please see Support Document 13378.

13. Where can I buy Beyond Contacts?

This feature especially benefits those using Smartphones such as the Treo 600 and Samsung i500. With this new integration, Beyond Contacts can now support Smartphone features* such as:

  • Caller ID
  • Speed Dial
  • Voice Dial
  • Call Logging
For more information on how to enable this feature, please see Support Document 13378.
