versions of Microsoft Outlook does Beyond Contacts support?
Beyond Contacts
will work with Microsoft Outlook 98, 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007.

What is Documents To Go Total Office?
For complete Office integration, Documents To Go Premium Edition, Beyond
Contacts and SmartList To Go are available together as Documents To Go Total Office. Documents To Go allows you to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
files on your handheld. Beyond Contacts allows you to synchronize your Outlook
data to your handheld and provides you with the look and feel of Outlook on
your handheld. SmartList To Go allows you to create, view and manage databases on your handheld, including support for Microsoft Access databases.

7. Does
Beyond Contacts run on a Macintosh computer?
No. Beyond Contacts runs only on Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT 4.0 and XP computers.

I am currently using Desktop To Go. How do I install the upgrade to Beyond
Contacts?
Simply run the installer. There is no need to uninstall Desktop To Go. Beyond
Contacts will turn off Desktop To Go automatically so it will handle the synchronization
of your Outlook data moving forward. Please note that installing Beyond Contacts
will not uninstall Desktop To Go. If you would like to remove Desktop To Go,
please see Support

Can I synchronize Beyond Contacts with more than one computer?
Yes. The latest version of Beyond Contacts supports synchronizing with multiple
computers. For information on how to setup Beyond Contacts to sync with multiple
computers, see Support

own a registered copy of Beyond Contacts, you can download this free update
by visiting our Redownload
page.

Does Beyond Contacts support landscape and portrait screen modes?
Yes. Beyond Contacts supports landscape and portrait
modes.
11.
Does Beyond Contacts synchronize with public folders?
No. Beyond Contacts does not include the ability to synchronize public folders.

Does Beyond Contacts Synchronize with the Palm built-in applications on the
handheld?
No. Beyond Contacts synchronizes with its own conduit. This means
information placed into the Palm OS built-in applications, Date Book, Address
Book, To Do List, and Memo Pad, will not synchronize into Outlook. Only the
information entered into the Beyond Contacts application on the handheld will
be placed into Outlook. For more information, see

IMPORTANT: There is one exception regarding the Contacts/Address Book Built-In
Database. A new feature is included in versions 3.005 and above of Beyond
Contacts to allow each Contact’s name, company, e-mail address and
phone numbers from Outlook to be available in both Beyond Contacts as well
the built-in Contacts/Address Book database on your handheld. This feature
especially benefits those using Smartphones such as the Treo 600 and Samsung
i500. With this new integration, Beyond Contacts can now support Smartphone
features* such as:
- Caller ID
- Speed Dial
- Voice Dial
- Call Logging

Why does my Palm OS phone look in the Palm built-in address book for phone
number lookups, caller ID and call logging, rather than in Beyond Contacts?
These features are part of the Palm OS phone and specifically reference
the built-in Contacts/Address Book database. Because Beyond Contacts installs
its own application to the handheld, these features are not inherently supported. However,
there is a new feature included in versions 3.005 and above of Beyond Contacts
to allow each Contact’s name, company, e-mail address and phone numbers
from Outlook to be available in both Beyond Contacts as well the built-in Contacts/Address
Book database on your handheld. This feature especially benefits those using
Smartphones such as the Treo 600 and Samsung i500. With this new integration,
Beyond Contacts can now support Smartphone features* such as:

Does Beyond Contacts support Expansion/Multimedia Cards?
No, Beyond Contacts can not currently be placed on an expansion card. If

Groupwise?
Currently
Beyond Contacts is designed to synchronize with Microsoft Outlook only and
is not compatible with any of the above applications. If you would like

No, Beyond Contacts does not support this feature of Outlook. If
