1. What is the difference between the version that I received for free and the Premium Edition?
The version you received for free (as a result of upgrading to BlackBerry Device Software 4.5 or purchasing a BlackBerry Bold) is called the Standard Edition. The Premium Edition adds additional features and functionality. Please see the feature comparison to learn more.

2. How do I know if my version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) supports native attachments?
The best way to find out if the version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server supports native attachments is to contact your IT Administrator. However, you can also try the following steps:
- Open an e-mail with an attachment (e.g. A Word file or Excel file).
- Press the Menu key to bring up the full menu.
- If you see a ?Download Attachment? menu item, then you have the ability to work with native attachments and therefore edit them in Documents To Go.
- If you do not see the ?Download Attachment? menu item, then you do not have the required version of BlackBerry Internet Service to work with native attachments.

3. Does Documents To Go support BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)?
Yes. Documents To Go supports BlackBerry Internet Service 2.5 and above. With BIS 2.5 and Documents To Go, you will be able to view and edit e-mail attachments on your smartphone.

4. How do I know if my version of BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) supports native attachments?
- Open an e-mail with an attachment (e.g. A Word file or Excel file).
- Press the Menu key to bring up the full menu.
- If you see a ?Download Attachment? menu item, then you have the ability to work with native attachments and therefore edit them in Documents To Go.
- If you do not see the ?Download Attachment? menu item, then you do not have the required version of BlackBerry Internet Service to work with native attachments.

5. What can I do if my device is not supported?
If your device is not on the list of supported devices, Documents To Go will not work for you.  If you would like to request support for your device, please submit this request by visiting www.dataviz.com/feedback on your desktop computer.

6. How large is the download for Documents To Go Premium Edition?
The Documents To Go Premium Edition installer is approximately 2.2MB.

7. Can I install and run Documents To Go Premium Edition on a media card?
No. Currently there is no way to install a 3rd party application such as Documents To Go on a media card. Documents To Go must be installed on device memory.

8. Where do I go if I am having problems with my Registration Number and Activation Key?
Please visit www.dataviz.com/keys on your desktop computer for help on getting Documents To Go back up and running.

9. How much does Documents To Go Premium Edition cost?

10. Does DataViz offer volume/site licensing?

11. Are localized versions of Documents To Go Premium Edition available?
Yes, Documents To Go Premium Edition is localized and available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish versions.

13. Does Documents To Go support Office 2007/2010 files?
Yes, the Documents To Go v1.005 or higher supports Word 2007/2010, Excel 2007/2010 and PowerPoint 2007/2010 files and attachments.

14. Does Documents To Go support Adobe PDF files?
Yes. DataViz has released a PDF To Go® application which works with Documents To Go Premium Edition v1.005 and above to support native PDF files. Customers who purchase Documents To Go Premium Edition will receive PDF To Go as an added bonus application at no charge.

15. Does Documents To Go support bi-directional synchronization with a computer?
Documents To Go does not support bi-directional synchronization.  However,  users can transfer files to and from their BlackBerry smartphones through the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software. If you would like to request support for bi-directional synchronization in the future, please submit this request by visiting www.dataviz.com/feedback on your desktop computer.

16. Does Documents To Go support printing?
The current version of Documents To Go (1.002) does not support printing. If you would like to request support for printing, please submit this request by visiting www.dataviz.com/feedback on your desktop computer.
