Q. Where is my Documents To Go product registration card (required for $20 rebate)?
A. If you purchased Documents to Go Premium 7 or Documents To Go Total Office 7, you will not receive a registration card. Instead, you will receive a CD sleeve which identifies your product registration number(s) and activation key(s) on the back. To redeem your $20 rebate for Documents To Go 7 (or Total Office 7) which asks for your completed registration card, please provide a copy of the DataViz product registration number(s) located on back of the CD sleeve, mail-to address and e-mail address along with the other required rebate items.
Q: How can I check on the status of my rebate?

Q: Can I combine my rebate with
another special offer?
A: No, rebates may not be combined with any other special offers or promotions
from DataViz or from retail stores. Valid only on purchases at full retail
price.
Q: How long will it take to receive the rebate check?
A: Please allow 8-10 weeks from the time that you mail your materials for the
receipt of your check. If you have waited longer than 10 weeks you may submit
a rebate status request form.
Q: Where do I send my rebate materials?
A: The address is different for each rebate – please check the back of
your rebate sticker for the appropriate address. Do NOT send your materials
to DataViz, as they will be returned to you without being processed!
Q: What does the rebate check look like?
A: The check is a postcard that references the specific rebate name in lower
right hand corner.
Q: How long do I have to redeem the rebate?
A: You must postmark your rebate materials within 30 days of the purchase date
shown on your receipt.
Q: Can I combine my rebate with another DataViz special offer?
