Are you trying to fill out your upgrade rebate form and need your previous registration number, but don't know where to look?

If the original product was purchased directly from DataViz or if you have registered with DataViz, click here to locate the number.

If you purchased your product from a store, received the software bundled with a handheld, or could not locate your information using the above tool, please follow the steps below for your specific product. Prior to following these steps please consider that for all boxed product, a registration number can be found on both the registration card and on the back of the CD sleeve.

To Obtain Your Previous MacLinkPlus Registration Number:

Open the MacLinkPlus application.
Go to the Apple Menu and select "About MacLinkPlus". Your registration number is located in this window.
For older versions of MacLinkPlus that do not have an application, go to the Apple Menu > Control Panels > MacLinkPlus Setup. Your registration number is located in this window.
Registration numbers are 6 or 7 digits and then a dash followed by four more digits. For example (1234567-1234)

*Please note that certain versions of Appleworks and ClarisWorks are bundled with MacLinkPlus translators. In these circumstances, there will be a Control Panel called "MacLinkplus Setup CW" and does not constitute prior ownership of MacLinkPlus.

To Obtain Your Previous Documents To Go Registration Number:

It is found in the Documents To Go application on the computer only
On Windows machines the registration number is in the upper left center
On Mac machines the registration number is located in the upper right center.
