Docs To Go was experiencing an issue where it was giving a “Handshake error” when trying to open a file.

In addition, there was a problem where every day, you needed to create a new connection to DropBox as it was not “remembering” that you authorized it to use DropBox.

This issue has been FIXED with our latest version released 4/20/22 version 4.004 (1611)

You will have to do the following steps in order for the fix to work:

  1. Go to Docs To Go/Settings/Manage Cloud
  2. Delete DropBox
  3. Go to the Cloud tab
  4. Add DropBox again (you’ll need your DropBox credentials to do this)
