Download insurance is a service offered by DataViz that allows you to re-download your software an additional number of times over a defined period.
Every software purchase or upgrade comes with the ability to re-download up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. To increase the number of downloads or extend the timeframe that you can re-download, we offer download insurance. Certain unexpected situations arise in which you may need to download and install again such as the purchase of a new handheld or desktop computer, a hard drive crash, etc. Download insurance means you are covered if you do not have the original installer.
DataViz highly recommends backing up your installers once downloaded. For smartphone Over-the-Air installers, we recommend saving any e-mails that contain links to the installers, although we cannot guarantee those links will work in the future.
