DataViz
Any purchase from a retail or online location is
subject to the return policies of that location. Links to some locations
are provided below. If you do not see the location where you purchased
the product, please visit that company's web site for product return

2. Direct purchases from DataViz
Any purchase direct from DataViz comes with
a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason,
you have 30 days to complete the following return procedures to receive
a refund. Please
note: DataViz reserves the right to refuse excessive repeat refunds
to any customer under its discretion and will not be responsible for fluctuation
in currency or third party transactional related costs.
Electronic (Internet Download) Purchase from DataViz
Please complete the return form and
mail/fax it to DataViz.
CD or Hardware Purchase Direct from DataViz
Please complete the return form and mail it to DataViz along with your original invoice, physical software/hardware product and materials (CD, manual, etc.).
