If you are not satisfied with a DataViz product for any reason, you have 30 days to complete the following return procedures to receive a refund. Please note: DataViz reserves the right to refuse excessive repeat refunds to any customer under its discretion and will not be responsible for fluctuation in currency or third party transactional related costs.

Electronic (Internet Download) Purchase from DataViz
Please complete the software intellectual property destruction form and mail/fax it to DataViz.

CD or Hardware Purchase Direct from DataViz
Please complete the return letter form and mail it to DataViz along with your original invoice, physical software/hardware product and materials (CD, manual, etc.).
