Can I Make Changes to An Order I Submitted on Your Web Site?

Orders that are placed via our webstore are processed in real-time. This means that these orders are charged and submitted to our shipping and receiving department (if applicable) in a matter of minutes. For this reason, an order cannot be changed and shipment cannot be halted once the customer has confirmed the order by pressing the "Click only once to place your order" button. This also means that freight cannot be refunded on any order once it has been submitted.

In the shopping cart and on the order confirmation screen, there is a statement letting all customers know that once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the order.
