How do I change my desktop software platform or language?I need to change my product's language (i.e., English to French) I need to change my product's platform (i.e., Windows to Mac) Customers can download both the Windows and Macintosh desktop installers from the 'Downloads' tab on our homepage if entitled to downloads. Simply enter the last name of the account holder and the registration number here http://www.dataviz.com/downloads/redownloads/index.html Please Note: In order to redownload software a "Download Maintenance" plan will need to be purchased. Here is a screen shot of the page displayed after registration number and last name are entered successfully:
