How do I reinstall or reactivate my software on my new device?

  1. If your new device has a different operating system than your previous device (i.e. you switched from iPhone to Android), you would need to purchase a license for the new operating system. We cannot transfer the license to another platform free of charge as each platform is considered a different product because of the resources that went into developing each platform.
