DataViz is unique in that it firmly believes in the well-being of its employees. The computer industry is very fast-paced, and our company needs to make sure that its employees are motivated (and in some cases rejuvenated), so we can reach the next level.

Throughout the year, DataViz puts on a number of events for its employees not only as a stress reliever for the day to day battles, but also to encourage better communication between the various divisions of the company. Since most of the company partakes in the events, it's a great way to talk with people you may not normally work with in your normal work day. (Idea generation seems to be a great byproduct of these events.)
