I graduated in 2005 from Bucknell University with a B.S. Computer Science and a minor in Philosophy. I joined DataViz because I was very intrigued with not only their products but the philosophy of the company.

What I love most about working at DataViz…
I enjoy working with talented people in a casual environment. Each day brings new challenges. I also enjoy my job because I get to work on interesting problems in the handheld and smartphone space, which is very much cutting edge.  Plus, I get to play with all the newest smartphones long before they reach the market.

Tips for graduating seniors…
If I could give a graduating senior any advice it would be to find a job that really sparks your interest.  There are more job openings than there are skilled applicants, so hold out for something that really interests you.   Also, don’t stop learning new things, because Software Engineering and Computer Science in general are fields that are constantly evolving.  You need to be proactive to remain a valuable commodity.
